IVY College provides high-quality, career-focused education in healthcare, business, cybersecurity, biblical studies, and language learning. The institution is certified to operate in Virginia by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV), located at James Monroe Building, 101 North Fourteenth Street, Richmond, VA 23219.

As an accredited institution, IVY College is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) [15935 Forest Road, Forest, VA 24551; Telephone: (434) 525-9539; Email: info@tracs.org]. The college was awarded Reaffirmation I of its Accredited Status as a Category II Institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on October 30, 2018, valid for a period of ten years. TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education (USDOE), the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (NQAAHE).
IVY College is authorized by the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to enroll non-immigrant students, offering a diverse and globally inclusive learning environment.
Historically, IVY College has been affiliated with Baptist churches in America and continues to collaborate with various Korean Baptist churches and theological institutions. Additionally, the college maintains a strong relationship with the Theological Seminary Program of the Southern Baptist Churches in the USA.
